Within this post I'll be stating some of the skills we've learnt with Dan Jubb (Video Production)and also showing the final video we (as a group) created 'Wheatus Teenage Dirtbag' and copied the video scene by scene, to create a 'replica video' we used props such as a 'homemade' score board, and also wore glasses, as does the lead vocalist/guitarist (Brendan Brown)
With Dan, as a whole the class begun to learn the basics of 'Angles, props, mis-en'-scene within a video and how even a 3 second section of the video may look like it would take just one shot, but that it takes many of retakes to help encompasses the detail. We were told the health of safety of using a camera, and also how to handle the camera, such as adjust focus, zooming, brightness effects and more...
