These shooting scripts were done to help me and my group gather ideas about what shots will look and what will fit in with our initial ideas. The pictures are not drawn in any detail, but this still helped ignite ideas and allow us all to get a visual picture of what it will look like. These pictures encompass the forest, the band members, instruments etc. I gave short descriptions of what is going on in the image to help capture the idea.
A call sheet was made to help create a safer environment, this meant, that all of our production crew, no matter what part you were given, has a knowledge of who and what people are doing, but also contact information incase of assistance or even emergency. A copy of this was given to everyone involved, but also our tutor Dann Jubb, incase he/or we ever needed to contact him.
